Return Process

    Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Pack Your Device

    Securely place the EcoFlow unit and all original accessories, cables, and manuals into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; ensure you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
